Jess is a very friendly and personable young lady with a good knowledge of the local area. The advertising campaign was organized quickly and had very good reach. Initial Floor plan was incorrect on the internet sites but rectified quickly. It remained incorrect on printed handouts. The house was left unlocked on several occasions which was worrying. Jess was always obliging in answering emails and worked hard on the open days. The sale price achieved at auction exceeded our expectations. Given we were viewing long distance, some followup confirming sale would have been appreciated e.g. copy of the signed contract and details of the deposit paid. Jess has continued to be obliging in following up requests post sale.

Great person to have in all Real Estate matters in Goulburn. Jess helped with the buying of a house and lately with the selling. Jess was always incredibly helpful and candid about everything, answered all questions no matter how small or even silly from someone who knew nothing. From our first interaction and viewing property with Jess, my wife and I knew this girl was the 'one' who would find us the home we were after. Such a pleasure to deal with, she really has that friendly, very approachable attitude and was so professional. To us, it's these features all intergrated together that has made the process (which can be very stressful when buying & selling at the same time) such an easier transaction. Jess constantly kept us informed with each and every part of this process. If ever I needed some information about the property (council plans, future nearby buildings being erected etc etc) Jess got onto it straight away and supplied us with every bit of information. This girl is exceptional in the way she goes about her business, which flows back to the clients and really assists when deciding on buying property. Jess really does care about her clients and I reckon we will have her a friend even after this buying process.
