Jack was very professional in everything that he did for me. The only thing I was disappointed with was that his assessment of my house was far higher than the reserve I was recommended to put on. I know this comes about as the interest that has been put forward by the prospective purchasers. I know I still had the right to refuse the sale, that was made quite clear.
