We were with another agent who was not producing results and not communicating well. Also not marketing to our satisfaction to the extent that we were worried we may not be able wind up the deceased estate property in reasonable time. We transferred our business to Jack and all that changed. He consulted regularly,kept us informed and had a feel for the market. He had a sound marketing plan and gave us confidence. We are now able to finalise the estate , having achieved a price that approached our valuation which was probably a little high anyway.

Jack was very professional in everything that he did for me. The only thing I was disappointed with was that his assessment of my house was far higher than the reserve I was recommended to put on. I know this comes about as the interest that has been put forward by the prospective purchasers. I know I still had the right to refuse the sale, that was made quite clear. Overall excellent service.
