Personable Agent
Jodie was easy to work with and had extraordinary connections to a "de-Clutter", and home designer which absolutely contributed to the sale of 1 Michigan. all questions were answered in detail and not glossed over.

Excellent agent
Engaged Michael as he had sold a similar house earlier on the same road. He was an excellent communicator, reporting back after each open. He explained the procedures to auction and organised things well. We were very pleased with the price gained at auction and would highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone thinking of selling their house.

Exceeded expectations. Great agent
For my self and my partner it was our first time entering the property market and like it is for many, it was daunting but Peter's professionalism, expertise and great attitude made the entire process a lot less stressful. Made the sale of my property very easy!
I have limited knowledge to go through the process. You filled in the gaps very professionally. The big issue with is trust and I trusted you and you didn’t let me or my wife down. As far I am concerned I would go back to first if and when I decide to go a purchase another property.

He is lovely to deal with!
We just recently purchased a property through Peter, we had been looking for some time and the listing was just what we needed. We found Peter very easy to deal with, he represented the vendor very well and was clear about her wishes and expectations in the sale of her lovely family home. We appreciated his honesty and integrity, he communicated clearly and was very familiar with the local area and market and that was really useful. The guide price was spot on and fair, and we felt comfortable in dealing with Peter. I would recommend him to vendors and buyers alike, he has earned every cent of his commission and has assisted us too in negotiating with neighbors re fencing, meeting contractors and even getting measurements when needed. We’ve been really impressed with Peter, few buyers can say that after a purchasing a house through an agent, but we really can!
