Very Helpful and Excellent To Deal With
As first time renters through a real estate my partner and I were daunted by the process that we may have to go through when applying and being accepted for a rental property. After applying for a property we were contacted and accepted within 3 working days. The staff at Century 21 made the process easy and straight forward helping us with electricity connection and any questions we asked.

Fast and efficient.
The ladies at Century 21 were very pleasant to deal with from the start, they approved us in a few days and within 2 weeks we had found a house we liked and everything was finalised. After hearing how hard it is to find a good rental these days they made it so easy. Highly recommend Century 21 Gympie.

Century 21 Agency, top of the game!
We had been renting privately for 10 years and the house we rented prior was for 9 years so we were out of the game so to speak for 19 years. We had heard it can be a tough and long process to get a rental in our town. Century 21 Agency was much easier to deal with than the others we tried, was fast and effective, both in the office and in the field, and had us in the house we really wanted within the fortnight. The staff have all been pleasant to deal with. The entire renting process surprised us, boom, boom, boom, done. Couldn't be happier with their service. :)

Since Century 21 haven taken over the management of my property in Gympie they nsewrv ice has improved dramatically. Communication is fantastic ; I am advised of any issues or actions that may be required. Property inspections are carried out regularly and submitted promptly. The property performance has improved with rents being reviewed on renewals of leases. I really appreciate the extra steps they take to communicate with me.
