Lease renewal

as always we are very happy with their speed that they attend to our queries and requests. they are happy to give us suggestions, as we do not live in QLD, and we have faith in what they suggest re maintenance and tenants etc. Very happy with our decision to go with Donna and staff at Century 21. thank you

Good, considerable better than our experience with some other agents in Gympie

Found that we got responses to any question quickly, Sarah was quite helpful throughout the process. I found the rent process extremely long and more difficult than it should be. I had to fill out more than twice the amount of forms and provide more identification than I had to purchase my last house and more than that required for the house I am currently selling. I found many of the requirement excessively more complex than it should be. (no fault of century21)
