great agency
I found this real estate great compared to other real estates while looking for a rental. Even if unfortunately my application wasn't approved by owners, they would send you a text to let you know, other real estates did not, so I felt very informed as to where I was and what to do next without having to chase things up. I was lucky enough in the end to get approved for a place through these guys and once again, they have kept me well informed. The process feels fast and efficient and I am very happy to be renting through them. I give them 6 stars

Staff are understanding, easy to approach. Sarah in particular has been very helpful and kind. She’s great and would recommend her highly as a rental agent. She definitely deserves a high recommendation.

Great Agency
Century 21 Platinum Agents Gympie have done a great job at looking after my investment. This is my first investment home and I was nervous about renting my home out. All my stress and worry have been taken away. The team at century 21 have always kept me informed throughout the process, they have great inspection reports and have even rented my house out before it has become vacant at a great price. Renting through this agency was one of the best decisions I have made.

Gympie Rental staff
Much needed doing to the place when I entered. Some was fixed quickly but some I've fixed myself and other stuff has not been fixed. None of these are urgent or present a safety risk. I also struggle to believe the last tenant had the carpets cleaned, - there were footprints up the stairs on arrival and it felt dirty. I cleaned stains from the wall myself, so I suppose I question the exit report from the previous tenant.

Billy Mitchell - Great Agent to Deal with
Billy was a great agent who was super easy to deal with. Negotiating was great and amicable and attention to detail and communication second to none. On top of that he is a good bloke which makes purchasing that much easier! Thanks Billy
