Billy had reasonable and fair advice when listing our property and didnt try to push an Auction or any other marketing ploys. Good communications, kept us informed of progress. Billy was easy to deal with and very fair and equitable. Best of all his commission was in line with the QLD average and was $6000 under another agents quote. On the negative he was often a bit rushed and didn't write all the property details into an information sheet for the buyer which ended up with me having to answer the same questions a few times over. All in all though we had very positive experience and a job well done.
