Kerri Grant is highly committed and extremely professional.
When you have 3 offers for your property and have signed a contract within 4 days of initially meeting your Agent you just have to be impressed. Kerri Grant doesnt let the grass grow under her feet she is off and running the minute her clients leave the office. We felt very confident with Kerri and she made the Sale a happy experience. Highly recommended.

Derek Seth was an outstanding agent and all round good bloke from the get go, I had a very difficult time in getting my home presentable and ready for sale due to circumstances out of my control Derek went above and beyond my expectations by organising tradesmen, doing a lot of work behind the scenes to get it sale stage and being patient throughout, I’d not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, he did a great job and got the desired results for me

Derek is a brilliant agent who knows how to deliver a great result!
I didn't know Derek personally, but could see from my research that he was a very active agent in the Gympie area. I could tell from our first call that he would be very proactive and knew how to sell property. We gave him a property that came with some issues, so he had few extra hurdles to jump from the start. This didn't put him off and he delivered a brilliant outcome for us. His communication and enthusiasm was outstanding and we couldn't recommend his services highly enough. We are very happy sellers!
