Hi, We got off to a slightly disrupted start but to me the quality of an Organisation is best rated when something has gone wrong & how well they reacted & solved the problem. In this case, it was a relief to be able to talk it through with the Lisa (Owner). Sometimes Owners do not like hearing of problems and tend to shut you down. But this case was 100% opposite, not only did Lisa & Team resolve the situation quickly, they were very appreciative for the feedback.
