Elle was exceptional in understanding our needs and direction and provided a streamlined service.

After knowing Elle for many years, owning this property for 15years we always envisioned to engage her to sell with when the timing was right. Elle knows the street well and has sold many properties along it. We were able to sell the property with tenants remaining in situ. We managed to reach our expected value without any issue as Elle did all the hard work with a quick sale off market within four days of the first open house. Seamless approach and individualised approach

Elle was easy to approach when we first started considering to sell our home, we initially contacted Elle over 6 months prior and upon the first encounter she was not pushy and understood what a big decision it was for our family. When we were ready Elle guided us to make informed decisions to ensure our property was ready for sale. Elle went above and beyond for us and got us an amazing result!
