Recommended without hesitation!

Sam has sold two houses for me in Craignish and I have greatly enjoyed working with her. I have found her to be pragmatic, down to earth and helpful in advising what the impact of various renovations would do to the sale price. The last house Sam sold for me was very run down and Sam recommended tradies to do the reno's we agreed needed to be done before the property was listed. I spoke to a number of other agents too but decided to stick with Sam as I like her no nonsense approach. Sam ended up getting me 5% more than what other agents agreed the market value was, and so for both houses the sale price has exceeded my expectations
