Eli got the job done in no time at all and exceeded my expectations.

Eli and his team are very professional. Eli was aware of the market values and provided a thorough market analysis for my property. His approach to marketing and feedback was very comprehensive. He coordinated with the tenant and made sure that the property was presented in its best light (with the help of an amazing tenant). He conducted 1 open house and achieved 3 multiple offers which resulted in over $35,000 over the asking price. He and his team are true professionals.
