No help with any questions we had

Craig Rudd was of no help in buying this property. He haven’t send a copy of the contract to our solicitor until I reminded him to do it. We asked if he could open the house that was vacant so we could get our tiler to do a measure and quote for us and his answer was I wont be around to do it. We lost our tiler thanks to him. We told him that the letter box was full of letters and could he please collect the mail in it and pass on the owner. Nothing was done. We arranged to inspect the property and was told he would be there at 12.30. We rang him and was told he had a meeting at 12.30 and wouldn’t be at the property until 2.30. He finally arrived at around 3. We wanted to pay the deposit that day but was told to come back the next day and come to the office and pay it. We had travelled 3 hours to get there that day and was heading straight back the same day. He told us he was going home so just call the office in the morning and pay it over the phone. He also told us that our solicitors were “a bit special”. I believe he was out of line with his comments.
