Tony was supportive on the day of inspection, but mislead us a bit on the expected level of a deposit on making an offer. We were open they we were new to the process. Lucky the conveyor was supportive and got it lowered. Tony did talk us through the contract but missed the part on finance being in place by a certain date, which was impossible, but I missed it too on reading. Again conveyor to the rescue. He did support our request for an extra viewing of the house which he did not have to do, big points there. I spoke to him about maybe using the trade person quote facility for a plumber. He said his PA's father was a plumber and would look into our need. That did not happen. There is still a big yellow "for sale sign" out front but no word on who and when to remove. We have left a message asking. He was also out of town on settlement date and we wanted to start shifting things. Lucky the office covered. He told my partner the weeds would be taken care off which did not happen, also not sure about tiles on roof being fixed like we were told would happen.
