Great agent
Brett Richards was extremely knowledgeable regarding the properties and area in which we were looking, he was extremely friendly and efficient. He left a little present for us upon arriving at the house once settlement went through, which I thought a lovely touch.

Top agent in HIghfields
we tried another agent for three months and were extremely disappointed. Tony said he would sell for us in a manner that just relieved us of the worry. Also Tony had to handle the Council draft plan and water issues for this property. So only the best agent could handle these issues and Tony did.... Thank you for helping us so much and the negotiated price as well. . Top agent. Top person.

Very Impressive
Despite saying I would never use Ray White The Range Toowoomba again, Brett did impress us and I would happily contact him again to either purchase or sell a property. Brett was excellent at returning calls and keeping us as the buyer in the loop.
