We have just moved into a brand new rental property, all steps throughout the application process were smooth & were very happy with the communication. Unfortunately since we have moved into the property, some things aren’t working the way they should/haven’t received council bins & the small backyard has been overgrown with weeds. We haven’t received any return communication which has been very disappointing.
