Ben is very knowledgeable about real estate .Ben kindly met me for 3 inspections of the property,he also would always answer my phone calls or phone me back .i found him so great to deal with and if I was to sell or buy ,I would be contacting Ben .The whole sale went through so easy because Ben was very organised,also very considerate of myself and the former owner .I certainly would tell everyone I know how great Ben is .I also found Ben to be very honest .I had dealings with a couple of male agents before Ben , and I found them to be NOT NICE and that’s putting it kindly ,I could not believe how rude and and disrespectful and dishonest it was all very disheartening.until I met Ben . Ben was by far the best agent I’ve experienced. Had an older house. Ben was able to guid me in what to fix, and what to replace to ensure we could get the best result, and continued to check in along the way. Eg painting, blinds, if we staged it or not etc. I was very impressed, now after the fact It wasn’t luck that got the price, it was his efforts, advice and execution skills. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Adam and his team have been fabulous to work with. We first made contact with Adam in 2016 when we wanted our house valued.
