Overall disappointment with the integrity and honesty of Adam and Ray White Highton. their number one aim is to sell property, good for the vendor but not so for the purchaser. Full disclosure, even when asked specific questions relating to the property was not supplied, even to the point of responding with dishonest information. Obviously the onus is on the purchaser to do some due diligence before committing to a purchase but the expectation is that the real estate agent you are dealing with has some professional morals and will provide you with honest and reliable information relating to the property being purchased, I don't believe this was the case in my experience with Adam.

Adam has a good knowledge of the properties in our area and has sold many properties in Waurn Ponds. Our house was sold within a month and we were able to negotiate a settlement date which worked in perfectly with our new property. He was continually in contact with us, even when he wasn't at our open for inspection. We felt that we could ring, text or email Adam about any questions and he would get back to us quickly.

Clear & timely communication, personable, easy to deal with. More than happy to go above and beyond. We had above average results (inquiries, no. of inspections/visits) which resulted in an enormous amount of follow up work for Ben. Ben is really easy to deal with from a vendor's point of view, and as a potential buyer I would also be happy to deal with Ben's relaxed, knowledgeable, genuine personality. Ben's people skills and keen work ethic no doubt aided us in achieving a premium price for our property.
