Nick Auksorius clearly understands that there needs to be a balance between taking care of both the investor and the tenant to ensure longevity of good quality tenants. He also seems to find practical solutions to issues whenever they may arise (meaning we don't have to try to come up / arrange solutions ourself!). There has never been any "dramas" when our investments properties have been managed by him - wouldn't recommend anyone else in Hobart!
