My review of Piers is excellent because Piers came on seen in challenging circumstances for me as a buyer and Piers as my representative in a real estate market which was cooling down due to the global circumstances which were going on. Piers talked me through the steps we would take to enable the best yield to be obtained with sale of my property and while I was hesitant and at times genuinely challenged Piers conviction Piers stood by his strategy and while there were temporary setbacks we came through with a successful outcome for me selling my property for a reasonable price and also Piers in obtaining the sale of my property from the successful purchaser with robust negotiations. I would thoroughly recommend obtaining Piers services again and even for referral agents in other regions of a similar level of professionalism that he has when I am considering to buy an investment property in the future.
