The service & support provided to me by both Kevyn & Mandy has been nothing short of brilliant. Being an overseas owner unable to be present during the sales process, I was heavily reliant on both Kevyn & Mandy's experience, knowledge and a genuine willingness to go the extra mile. Kevyn WIlmot's real estate skills and knowledge helped to achieve a great price for the sale of my own home on Gracenmere. Not only did he sell this property in a couple of weeks, but he also achieve the highest price to date in the Lake's precinct for the sale of my block of land, also within a couple of weeks. Rather than left wondering as you are with most other agents, Kevyn and his team communicate weekly and provide you with an update on how the sale of your property is progressing. I'm now sitting in my new beautiful home thanks to Kevyn and his negotiation skills as without his help I doubt if I would be as happy as I am today.

When looking for property to purchase on Hope Island while living interstate we found Kevyn very helpful. He took my wife to several properties which he considered she would like and nothing was too much trouble . Always courteous,polite and informative we both found Kevyn very easy with whom to discuss any information regarding properties shown to us. His after sale service was excellent and referred us to a great Builder and maintenance persons if we required help in our new home.
