Easy to deal with and very positive
Andrew was quick to respond to communications! Perfectly professional whilst being very relatable and friendly. Once the offer was accepted, he walked us through the paperwork and following procedures, so we knew exactly what we needed to do. Would feel completely confident to buy through him again or even sell through him too!

Andrew was excellent and made the process easy for me

Outstanding Service.
Cody recently facilitated the sale of our property and we can not thank him enough for the work and effort that he put into selling the house. I was dreading advertising to sell the property, but once Cody took over he made the whole process easier than we had ever imagined. Cody always responds to any queries about the process and regularly stayed in touch to cover off any additional questions we may have had. He made everything feel well covered and he was also incredible helpful in facilitating negotiations with conveyancer, building inspections, etc. And on top things, he managed to sell the property before we expected. I am still surprised that such a daunting task of selling a house ended up being so pleasant, but it's all because of Cody's fantastic advice, knowledge and support.
