Could not fault Andrew's honesty, local knowledge, and communication. It's a common thing with agents to dangle 'our data base of cashed up disappointed buyers looking in your area', and this is the first time we've had one come through so quickly and cleanly, so we're grateful. Especially as he had to work with the uncertainties of lockdowns. He got us a price above expectations, and when the first buyer failed to get finance, within a week he had found another buyer who didn't need it. Andrew's relaxed style meant no blathering or big-noting himself, he just got on with the job. He was always very amendable, easy to work with, and importantly for us as interstate owners, had very good working relationships with both the local conveyancer and the rental manager from another firm. Going local is always a good plan and it certainly reduced any stress. He also managed to 'not spook my very good tenants' - a bonus when selling a tenanted property. Most importantly for us, despite a heavy workload, Andrew was always very responsive, acknowledging every email, text or missed phone call very quickly, making us feel valued clients. The property settled today and we're very happy. Thank you, Andrew.
