We have worked with a number of agents in several states. Andrew Seers has now purchased & sold property for us. There are good and average in all industries and then there are those select few that go well up and above what a client might reasonably expect. Andrew has now achieved a buy price lower than expected and then a sale price much higher than expected which in our experience is rare with the same agent! Andrew Seers is just that. Very personal service and attention to detail. Honesty and Integrity would be an understatement for this agent. It can be so refreshing when you come across a real estate agent of this calibre. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient
I had already decided Andrew was going to be the agent for my house before we had reached the point of being to sell. He was very helpful with helping us choose what needed doing to prepare our house (as well as encouraging the builder). Andrew was very efficient from start to finish, clear communication and kept things simple with minimal fuss.
