Andrew was extremely accommodating throughout the whole process. I text him at 9:30 at night regarding a property and ask if we could inspect the next day. He had an appointment made first thing the following morning. Andrew disclosed all information he knew about the property and answered all questions appropriately. He referred our offer to the vendor and had a response for us within 2 hours. Contracts were drawn up and signed within a matter of days. The whole process was quite smooth and easy.
