Best Agent - hands down
From the moment I first spoke to Matt on the phone, I new this guy was different from all the other agents I had spoken too! Then he came out and met with us and took us through the whole selling process and mapped out the plan. He is an absolute professional and he knows his craft.We did exactly as he directed to and we sold our house on the first home open. Matt Seabrook delivers results!

Professional and efficient agent
Matt is a very trustworthy likeable agent who is professional and communicates well. He would contact us regularly whilst we were getting our house ready for sale just to check in with us but also give us any updates or info he thought might be of interest to us. He knows the market well and we felt very comfortable with his advice.

Sale advice for 75 Sailsbury Street.
Again Matt stepped up with his thorough professional advice assisting us with selling our investment property. The advise given in the week before we went on the market with staging, photos and placement of a section of lawn was master class. we sold our property on the first weekend the home was open.
