Knows the Inglewood market inside out, is a very hard worker as you can see by the amount of work he has on the real estate website. We had our property with another agent for at least a year and was not happy with the service. We decided to go with someone else and We suddenly remembered Matt who had stayed in contact with us for quite some years. When I say contact I mean very suttely, not pushy like some estate agents which can really put you off. He came to our house and was very upfront about everything, very knowledgable. After this meeting and after everything was set up, the house was sold within 2 weeks. We would have no hesitation going to Matt again if needed.
