The consummate professional
We knew many years ago that when the time came to put our property on the market, Matt Seabrook was the man. Matt is the beating heart of the Inglewood community, and his passion for property is unrivalled. Over the years, Matt would drop us a line letting us know of current market conditions, as well as keeping us abreast of any major happenings in the Inglewood area. This was particularly helpful for us whilst we were working overseas. It was always like hearing from a good friend as opposed to a sales pitch though. That's just the type of guy Matt is. Our sale in August 2021 went without a hitch. Matt and his team had the property on the market within a day of getting the green light, and had it sold the following week for a price beyond our expectation. We never had any doubt this would be the end result, because Matt truly is the consummate professional. He has a structured framework to achieve what the buyer wants, and his results speak for themselves. We look forward to using Matt again in the future.

The absolute BEST in the area
We contacted Matt (and Adrian) to sell our home after purchasing the same house from them 3 years prior. We had already visited the house when it was listed with another agency and written it off. When Adrian contacted us a few months later asking us to "have another look" we were sceptical but decided to look again as we liked the location. Adrian was able to highlight the incredible potential of the house which lead to us purchasing it. When it came time for us to move on we knew without a doubt who could sell our house, and of course Matt and Adrian did so in very short time and exceeded our expectations. Adrian and Matt are both positive and knowledgeable agents, who always answered the phone or called back as soon as they could further exemplifying their professionalism. Their advice was ALWAYS truthful and our expectations were kept realistic by no false promises. As a result we were over the moon when they achieved our sale quickly and above what we were expecting. Although we have now moved into our forever home and don't anticipate another move for us any time soon, we are more than happy to personally recommend Matt and his team to sell any house in the area.
