When I first spoke with Michael at Ray White Inverloch , I was immediately impressed by his enthusiasm and his innovative ideas on ways to market my block of land . ( a block of land I might add , that had been languishing with another agent for 12 months ) He kept me informed on a very regular basis and boosted my morale when I was becoming despondent. Once the offer was in , he seemed very respectful of the purchaser , not willing to rush him into a decision. Exchange of contracts was seamless capping off an extremely positive experience all round.
