Michael TC from Ray White White Real Estate in Inverloch is an excellent Real Estate Agent who I would highly recommend. He is professional, dynamic and always on the ball. He is completely knowledgable about the general market and property market potential. He was also very realistic about the particular qualities of my property and the buyers who it could attract. The copy and images produced by Michael and his team to market the property were spot on, which gave potential buyers a strong and practical idea of it’s particular attributes, in terms of the house, land and actual location and proximity to one of it’s greatest assets, an immense expanse of beach and river. His communication throughout the process of marketing leading up to auction was impeccable through his preparation of ‘E Property Reports and straightforward and immediate telephone feedback following each Open for Inspection. I would highly recommend Michael along with Fiona McMahon Hughes and Megan Harris who was the Auctioneer of the day. They delivered on their promise of a sale which is exactly what any Vendor wants and the whole process was enjoyable from start to finish. Five Stars!!

We have dealt with a number of agents in the past and somehow Michael is different. He works hard, very hard for his clients. He is honest and most of all he always returns our call. Agents tend to call you back less often once they get you on their books. However Michael always wants to make sure you are okay and that if you need him, he will be there. The communication is just as strong when you sign up…to even while it’s up for sale and even sold. It’s a tough time for some vendors at the moment and no doubt it must rub off on the agents but you would never see that with Michael. You always feel you are the only vendor and that nothing is hard for him to do in order to make you feel better. We really wish him well.
