Right from the start, I realized Neil was the guy with whom I could work, as I have a low tolerance for b/s, can't stand negativity or lack of willingness to engage with broad reality. I found Neil to be straightforward, that he has a modern, cheerful, knowledgeable outlook, didn't try to exploit me with pointless kinds of advertising materials, he does research, isn't complacent about the past, willing to adapt procedures if you've got good enough reasons, and doesn't try to take the 'easy way out' by getting you to take a low price; others might do that so that they can 'just move on'. Not Neil - my perception is that he'll get your property what it's worth, and if you're buying: I think he won't 'just talk you into anything' if he has any doubts it won't suit you. I'd be happy with him as a buying or selling agent - and my suggestion is to never give your property to more than one agent!

John is a very straight shooter and tells you how it is, I live in WA and John sold my property in no time. John had a great knowledge of the area and kept me up to date very regularly. We have nothing but good things to say about Vanya. From the beginning of our journey in purchasing this house she has been courteous, professional and caring with regard to our goals. She put herself in not only the sellers shoes, but saw things from our perspective as buyers as well. The result of that is we were dealing with a respectful, sharp and dedicated agent who gave us the confidence of knowing we were in good hands throughout what can often be a painful process. One of the most impressive things about her is the fact that her "call me if you need anything or have any more questions" is actually sincere. After the sale she was still there for us, greeting every query and follow up with the same positive, dedicated attitude she had during the purchase. With us she was and continues to be nothing but honest, upfront and available. She will probably be a much older woman by the time we need our next home (or sell this one) but if she is still in the industry we will seek her out.
