I was an overseas investor, we owned a unit in Brisbane and went on the market in May 2018. It was bad timing for us as the property markets in Brisbane, especially for units, plunged and the first agent that we engaged (same one that had managed the tenanted unit for more than 10 years) signed us up giving hugely over exaggerated sales value expectations. Move on 7 months and still no sale..... Neil had sold another property for us in Ipswich in an ever tightening market. So we asked him to take on our Brisbane unit. Immediately he spotted so many small factors that the other agent had not reported on. Neil got down to the job of sorting out the unit for us (remember that I'm overseas), you couldn't want for a more helpful and dedicated chap. Neil opened the home relentlessly and often multiple times in a week, he looked after the grass and gardens and kept me constantly informed of the market conditions. He was always available to take my calls and often outside of his working hours. I couldn't recommend Neil highly enough or strongly enough, if you want a no nonsense, totally committed and honest agent.....look no further than Neil Mundy.
