This was a difficult sale for all concerned because of circumstances that changed during the marketing of the property. Despite this, John didn't falter in the high level of service he provided. He was patient and courteous in waiting and suspending sales activities while necessary legal processes were finalised, but regularly remained in touch with me. He provided prompt and detailed feedback on his marketing efforts and after all inspections and 'open house' days. Moreover, as I live several hundred kilometres from the property that was being marketed, John went out of his way to assist with providing contacts and performing tasks that would not normally come within the scope of his sales activities. I was always satisfied that he had my interests at heart. John is a highly efficient, courteous and professional sales agent and I would recommend him without the least reservation to anyone who is considering marketing a property for sale.
