Below Average

Amie was helpful at times and is friendly although communication was minimal, she was difficult to contact at important times. Major Issues with the seller in my particular case. Issues that could have been mitigated if we had been advised by Amie prior to contract we could been better prepared so transparency was another issue. I am of the opinion that Amie was more interested in the sale than parties involved which could have been why she was reserved about revealing typical information about character and morals the previous seller history in this case. In addition major and extremely dangerous electrical shortcuts that would not have been able to be found on a routine building and pest were found on the property, in regards to this Amie did attempt offer some interest or helpfulness after the purchase of the property, However options were limited at this time.
