From the experience of buying the property from Alice recently, I felt Alice was very knowledgeable with the local property market. She also understood well the property she was selling, which convinced me on site of the open house. To be honest, her friendly attitude and detailed explanation of the property encouraged me to move on to the price and make the final decision to purchase the property. To make the whole process go well, Alice worked hard and she even spent the weekend and the public holidays ( the recent Labor Day in VIC) to communicate with me and the vendor. I have never sold a house before, but Jenny guided me through the entire process seamlessly. After each open for inspection, she called to provide updates. She kept me informed about interested buyers, about if prior offers came in, and explained how auctions work plus she organised for me to meet and speak with the auctioneer about the process also. At every step and between each step i felt supported and updated and in control too. Auction day was intense but i trusted her. Why wouldn’t I?
