Pam and Garrie, have purposely waited until the final stages of the marketing program and settlement phase come to a close to prepare our review. Within the first hour or so from our telephone enquiry Nuria, was at our home in our absence with a promotional package tied with a gift ribbon for us. From our first meeting with Nuria and Anita, their professional qualities and personal warmth led us through a marketing strategy to promote and market our home in the most positive manner. They provided us with the names of trade people to complete maintenance tasks before the sale. Our home was also enhanced by professional interior decorators and amazing photographers to prepare advertising material and display board for the front of our home. Nuria and Anita, met with us to regularly to provide feed back and comments from open home inspections and statistical evidence of "Hits" or expressions of interest through Real Estate web sites. These meetings guided and encouraged us. After the sale of our home, the same professional teamwork and service by Nuria and Anita continued through the legal and financial settlement matters.
