Paul Lam Marketing Review

I fully recommend Paul for his sincerity, professionalism and trustworthiness. I very much liked the marketing plan that was presented to me. This was smoothly executed with the appropriate support team members. Despite our excellent land position, the rear slope detracted from full utilization of our block size for re-development. Although attendance at auction was good, there was little bidding competition to propel the sale to better levels. We made the decision to keep the property on the market, which allowed a sale $25K below our reserve. Disappointed, but preferable to a pass in. Paul was sincerely more upset than I was at not being able to achieve a better result for us.
