This was smoothly executed with the appropriate support team members. Despite our excellent land position, the rear slope detracted from full utilization of our block size for re-development. Although attendance at auction was good, there was little bidding competition to propel the sale to better levels. We made the decision to keep the property on the market, which allowed a sale $25K below our reserve. Disappointed, but preferable to a pass in. Paul was sincerely more upset than I was at not being able to achieve a better result for us.

Paul had been very enthusiastic from the beginning of the campaign. He had been a hard working person, willing to help, good listener and had provided good advice to both seller and potential buyers. His hard work plus an excellent campaign had brought a reasonable number of bidders to the auction. His professionalism is highly recommended.
