Excellent knowledge of the current market conditions and expectations around pricing. Marketing of the property was detailed and well-presented and was a good selling tool. Vendor was kept well informed of visits and home opens.

Georgina was extremely helpful and efficient to deal with and has a vast knowledge of the market in the area, and basically had the house sold on the first day of advertising. Communication was a strength of Georgina's and she kept us updated asap throughout the process to make it as smooth as possible for both parties involved.
