If we measure success by outcome, Dan achieved far more than what we agreed was possible. If by process and communication, Dan is the best I've worked after my experience of selling 2 homes, buying 2 and building 3 previously. He achieved this without fuss, with timely contact and never over-burden. We were introduced opportunistically when I had a change of circumstances on top of my usual wary ways. Even before we put the property on the market, the team (Adam and Laura) were ready to help with advice we needed to prepare the property for sale. No task was a problem for them and given we were not residing at the property (or even in the general area), they helped us to identify and organize reliable contractors for minor repairs and cleaning. I am so grateful that I chose Adam Budd to sell my property in Mountain Creek. Unlike many agents I have worked with it the past, Adam was thorough with the sale process and had excellent communication. I was updated daily on the progress and sent through regular reports on the online results and open home inspections. Adam has high attention to detail and made the sale his absolute priority; I didn't have to worry about a thing, everything was all taken care of. He consistently followed up any potential buyers and leads, was amazing with working out open homes with my tenant and was available at any time, even after hours.
