Good Understanding of the Market
Ben, Sarah and the team were wonderful in terms of guiding us through the process of selling our home in Marmion. It was reassuring that we could have total trust in them even though for most of the time we we were out of the state and most of the negotiations were undertaken remotely. We felt confident Ben had a sound understanding of the market and was able to provide a realistic estimate for a selling price.

Amazing communication and professional in every way
Our experience with Ben was first class. His communication and his team are always making sure you are kept in the loop every step of the way. He keeps the expectations reasonable and was always keeping us informed of buyers and gave us a realistic expectation of a sale price. He doesn’t waste people’s time and is always direct in his approach but in a comforting way. Great guy, great team and wouldn’t sell with anyone else.

Very Happy
We had a really good experience selling our Family Home of 26 years with Ben Keevers and Sarah Spalding. They were very kind and helpful all through our process of selling our beautiful family home. What a team!
From the moment Ben and his assistant Sarah walked into my home I knew they were the team for me. Friendly, personable and all round good people. Selling a home you’ve lived in for 13 years isn’t easy, but every step of the way their support was unwavering. Ben followed up immediately after every home open or viewing, and after doing his follow up phone calls with potential buyers. Not only are they darn good people, they are professional when needed, and enjoy a beer when offered. This is the second property I have had the pleasure of them selling, and would not use anyone else. No complaints here… Jo x
