I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team at Ray White Keevers Group. Ben demonstrated that he has intimate knowledge of the North Coast strip around Marmion and that is why we went with him. He was very honest in his appraisal and the likely buyers in the area and set a strategy that in the end was perfect for the house and location in this current market. Just as impressive though was the service from both Ben, Sarah and Karen after the sales contract was signed. Regular progress updates and touching base and a very professional approach all the way through to settlement. We had a minor repair that needed to be actioned from the building report and facilitated both the tradesperson and coordinated with the tenants and rental agency to obtain access to get the work done with no fuss. Overall an extremely positive experience.
