A Professional Team Effort Approach
The sales process was approached with gusto and there was a lot of help from Ben Keevers and his team getting cosmetic work carried out plus the staging. Promises were kept on relaying stats after each home open. Perhaps not all feedback from potential buyers was relayed to me. Other than that, it was a successful sale and a good working relationship. Would definately use the Ben Keevers Team in the future.

Above and beyond service that made all the difference
Ben and his team were fantastic for us! The team took care of every little detail and task that we needed. Ben's communication during the home open phase kept us up to date at all times. Our price expectations were exceeded and settlement was seamless. Once we accepted the offer we were barely involved in the formalities which is exactly what we wanted. the price Emma got for my property sale exceeded expectations...again
The recent sale of my property was the second property sale Emma has managed for me and the result once again exceeded my expectations. This time around Emma suggested a change in strategy and we took the property to auction. It was a short sales campaign and Emma worked very hard to create significant buzz and atmosphere for the auction, it was very well attended and bidding was competitive. During the course of the campaign Emma liaised well and respectfully with my tenant.
