Prior to putting our home on the market, we contacted three agents for an appraisal. Ben was by far, the most professional, understanding and considerate. Living in Sorrento, his knowledge and feeling for the local market was unmatched. This was an emotional time for us as we had been in our home for over forty years and Ben’s engaging nature, honesty and his sales performance in the area, made him the obvious choice. Our home was original with little or no renovations completed, however Ben assured us the home had appeal and just required marketing correctly to attract the right buyer. Our home was opened weekly and remained unsold for almost ninety days. Ben was present at every home opening, contacted us with the outcome of each viewing and met with us on a regular basis to discuss the strategy going forward.
