Buy my first home with Gail was a relatively easy experience once I had secured a place. She has always been friendly, respectful and kind which really helped me feel at ease. I can't say I have anything positive to say about the industry though, my experience has been its a sellers game only and agents in general all share responsibility in how difficult it is to be marginalized in how they treat people. However, this is not a reflection on Gail at all but the game of real estate.
