Well above Expectations
Sharon exceeded all our expectations. From guiding us on the best way to market our property knowing that we were looking for a quick sale, Sharon went on to selling our home at the first open inspection at a price we were very happy with. Living ten hours away from the property was never an issue with Sharon communicatiing with us on a regular basis and keeping us regularly informed of what stage the sale had progressed to. Would highly recommend Sharon to both potential buyers and sellers of property as a professional, helpful and experienced Real Estate Agent.

We recently sold our house through Ray White Kiama at auction. We have always used Ray White as they have consistently proved to be the most professional, reliable and considerate real estate agents in the competitive Kiama market. This sale was no exception. From the word go, the whole Ray White team worked together to get as many suitable people through our house, scheduling extra open homes when appropriate and genuinely doing everything they could to maximise our exposure. Michele was always there when we needed her, never too busy to answer our calls and the height of professional, courteous representation. After we didn't sell at auction, Michele didn't stop for breath and continued to negotiate on the night what turned out to be a great result for both parties. great outcome
From the moment we met Michele 4yrs ago i knew she was the right agent for us. This is the second property she has sold for us & both times has proven herself as a true professional. Her honesty , market knowledge & hardworking attitude left us feeling safe in our choice We set Michele a tough goal but not once did she ask us to reduce our sale price in fact I think she enjoyed the challenge we set for her . Michele kept us fully informed each step of the process & made contact exactly when she said she would (a rare attribute in todays busy market) I am also in sales & so know how hard it can be not to take the easy road & look for the quick sale however Michele never opted for the easy option & feel that she genuinely had our families best interest at heart
