We went to see view a home Kim Olsen was showing on a Saturday, the home was beautifully presented and Kim was very helpful with all of our questions. When I asked Kim for a ball park figure on the property she gave the range the vendors were looking for. I gathered up the children and told them not to touch anything as we were leaving! The house was more than double our highest possible purchase price. When Kim followed up I explained that the house was lovely however it was well and truly out of our price range. Kim suggested a property to us which was still off the market but very nearly ready to go live and wondered if I would like to see it before it went to market. I walked into the house and fell in love with it. I put the offer in and then asked if I could bring my partner around to view it as well. It was Kim's knowledge of the area, follow up and professional manner which made it easy for us to find our home and make the purchase.
