I sold a Brisbane property at the start of the lockdown, though I myself was on the Sunshine Coast. Kim handled the whole process very confidently and smoothly. She is obviously very knowledgeable of the market in that area, and had no problems adjusting to the new situation. She was very helpful in her advice, communicated well, and was also most helpful in supervising some on-site work that was needed. The sale was completed very quickly, for a reasonable price, and a minimum of stress.
