We were familiar with Kim from attending previous open homes, she is pleasant and engaging but not pushy and always willing to share her insights on the state of the local market, so when it came time to sell ours she was a clear front-runner. Kim met us at our house when we initially considered selling it and provided honest price and prospects advice as well as a priority list of areas we should focus on in preparing the house for sale. In retrospect, her advice was on the mark and we benefited from it. Kim’s advice and efforts throughout the process was just as professional and helpful. We learnt a lot. Kim did an excellent job getting a competitive bid process going and her softly softly negotiating process hopefully means she has got some happy buyers as well. The marketing and sales process was flawless and we got a good market price for our home and you can't ask for more.

I chose Kim Olsen to sell my property as I had met her at more open houses in Clayfield than any other agent; and importantly, each time I met Kim she was the epitome of professionalism. Kim came to me with a plan, not only on how to sell my property, but also an explanation and track record to demonstrate why it worked. And worked it did! First open house on Saturday, signed the contract on Sunday! One of Kims’ unique talents then came to the fore. Kim knows and understands the importance of both the seller and buyer being treated with care and consideration. Kim kept both parties ‘in the loop’ and handled a couple of ‘bumps’ along the way with great communication skills and her wonderful warm but calm and in control demeanour.
